Launch of the Special Train Safari
The Sindh Culture, Tourism, Antiquities and Archives Department, in collaboration with the Sindh Tourism Development Corporation, inaugurated the Mohenjo-daro Train Safari on January 31, 2026. Minister Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah flagged off the train from Karachi, carrying over 100 passengers.

Detailed Itinerary for Adventurers
The tour spans two days, starting on January 31 and ending on February 1, 2026. On day one, depart from Karachi Cantt Station at 9:00 AM. Arrive in Sehwan Sharif by 1:30 PM for a visit to the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.
Moreover, continue to Larkana by 7:00 PM, where a folk musical night and dinner await. The next day, head to Mohenjo-daro at 8:00 AM for breakfast at the site and a guided exploration. Finally, return via the same scenic route.
