Jamia Masjid Banbhore
Jamia Masjid Banbhore is a mosque located in Thatta District, Sindh, Pakistan. The historic city of Banbhore, was founded in the first century BC. The Banbhore Mosque is located in the eastern portion of the city, and according to an inscription from 727 AD, sixteen years after Sindh was conquered. It is the best-preserved example of the first mosques in the area. The city’s ruins are still standing.
