Bab-e-Khyber

Bab-e-Khyber is located in Khyber District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is a monument located at the entrance to the Khyber Pass. This gate is located just west of Peshawar, next to which is the historic Jamrud Fort. This gate was inaugurated on 11 June 1963 by Field Marshal Ayub Khan. It is considered to be the most famous post-independence structure in Khyber Agency.
