A New Dawn for Murree’s Roads

The project encompasses the refurbishment and expansion of several key roads in Murree. Here’s a brief overview of the roads under this initiative:

  1. Bank Road: Stretching over 1.48 km, Bank Road is one of the main arteries of Murree. The upgrade will ensure smoother traffic flow and improved road safety.
  2. GPO to Kaldana Road: This 2.28 km stretch is a vital link between the General Post Office (GPO) and Kaldana. The renovation will enhance connectivity and ease of travel for both locals and tourists.
  3. Imtiaz Shaheed Road: Spanning 0.80 km, the Imtiaz Shaheed Road is set to receive a much-needed facelift, improving its condition and functionality.
  4. Jhika Gali Barrier Road: At 3.02 km, the Jhika Gali Barrier Road is one of the longer stretches being upgraded, promising a more enjoyable journey for travelers.
  5. Pindi Point: The 1.43 km road leading to Pindi Point, a popular tourist spot, will be revamped to provide a more comfortable ride for visitors.
  6. Government House to Jhika Gali: The 2.17 km road from the Government House to Jhika Gali will also be upgraded, enhancing the overall connectivity in the region.
