The British-era tunnel track at Ayubia has been restored.

The Motto Tunnel in Ayubia National Park restored to its original condition and opened to tourists.

A lush and beautiful Motto Tunnel Track of  British-era at Ayubia National Park has been restored. An international social organization and the KP government restore the tunnel. This tunnel is a masterpiece of British-era construction.

This tunnel was built in 1891 from Ayubia to Donga Gali. The length of the track from Donga Gali to Ayubia is 4 km. The length of the track from Ayubia to Koza Gali is 10 km. 


The opening of the tunnel will boost tourism and provide employment opportunities for locals and guides.

The tunnel and track start from Ayubia to Donga Gali and Murree pass. It covers scenic views making the journey of tourists easy and captivating.

The Ministry of Climate Change and the Wildlife Department discovered a buried tunnel in Ayubia National Park. Ancient carvings are still there in this tunnel.
