Pakistan Tourism Symposium and Expo 2024: Building National Economy Through Tourism

The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), in partnership with the World Bank Group, is set to organize the Pakistan Tourism Symposium and Expo. This high-level event of the tourism industry is scheduled to take place from 27 to 28 May 2024 at the Serena Hotel Islamabad.

The symposium will be a two-day event focused on the theme of Building National Economy Through Tourism. It aims to showcase Pakistan’s rich tourism potential and create G2G, B2B, and G2B linkages among the industry stakeholders.

The PTDC intends to bring together more than 400 national and international tourism professionals, industry experts, and decision-makers. The goal is to share ideas for the development of a future roadmap for the sustainable growth of the tourism industry in Pakistan.

In addition to the symposium, a tourism expo will also be organized. This will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to network, learn, and explore the vast tourism potential that Pakistan has to offer.
