Punjab Reviews Tourism and Archaeology Projects to Boost Heritage and Travel Sector
Lahore, Punjab – Secretary Tourism, Archaeology and Museums, Punjab, Mr. Raja Jahangir Anwar, chaired an important meeting to review the progress of the Chief Minister’s Initiatives and ongoing schemes in the tourism and archaeology sector.
The session highlighted the provincial government’s commitment to strengthening Punjab’s tourism industry and safeguarding its rich cultural heritage. The review focused on evaluating the current status of projects, identifying challenges, and setting a clear roadmap for timely and efficient implementation.
Officials from the Directorate General of Archaeology and the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) also participated via Zoom, providing detailed updates on their respective initiatives.
