Chandragup Mud Volcanoes
Chandragup Mud Volcanoes are the three mud volcanoes located in Lasbela District, Balochistan, Pakistan. The three volcanoes are named Chandragup1, Chandragup2 and Chandragup3.
Near the Makran Coastal Highway sits Chandargup, a sacred mud volcano standing about 300 feet tall. Revered by Hindus, this unique natural feature attracts pilgrims who traverse 21 kilometers under the blazing sun from Hinglaj (Nani Mandir) to perform rituals here. The volcano’s bubbling mud creates a mystical aura, and climbing to its rim reveals star-filled skies at night, blending spiritual tradition with natural wonder.
