Alam Bridge

Alam Bridge is located on the Gilgit River in Gilgit District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is a suspension bridge that spans the Gilgit River, providing access to the Skardu Road. Though unlit and hidden in darkness during night-time travel, it remains a critical link between the Karakoram Highway and the remote mountainous region of Skardu. The bridge enhances connectivity in a region known for its challenging geography and rugged terrain.
