Bahawalpur Zoo

Bahawalpur Zoo is located in Bahawalpur District, Punjab, Pakistan. The Bahawalpur Zoo was established by Nawab of the former state of Bahawalpur, Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi, in 1942. The zoo covered an area of 25 acres and was later brought under the administration of the Wildlife Department in 1982.

The zoo provides various facilities to its visitors such as a children’s amusement area, museum, aquarium, cafe, gift shop, and bird aviary. Visitors can also view a variety of animals at the zoo, including lions, zebras, chinkara, and tiger cubs.
