Borith Lake

Borith Lake is located in the Hunza District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is located in Hosseini, a village near Gojal in the upper part of the Hunza valley. The lake is formed from the water of glaciers. 

This saltwater lake is located high in the mountains. It is also a habitat for birds that migrate from Siberia every year. Located at an altitude of 8,200 feet, this lake is an important stopover for birds migrating between Central Asia and South Asia.
