Chinar Bagh is located on the banks of the Gilgit River, Gilgit District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is a serene and scenic garden surrounded by towering trees and majestic mountains. The garden features a memorial monument of the Gilgit Scouts, with an octagonal pillar topped by a bronze statue of a markhor, the emblem of the scouts.

This memorial honors the martyrs who fought for the liberation of Gilgit-Baltistan from Dogra rule in 1947. The tranquil surroundings, adorned with chinar and eucalyptus trees, give this site a solemn and respectful ambiance.
