Dhok Talian Dam

Dhok Talian Dam is located on the Bunha River in Chakwal District, Punjab, Pakistan. It is located in the south of Chakwal near the village of Dhok Talian, approximately 20 kilometers from Chakwal city in Punjab, Pakistan.

Constructed in 1994, the zoned earth and rock-filled dam stands 83.45 feet high and spans 480 feet in length. It has a total reservoir capacity of 1,808 acre-feet and serves as a significant water resource for the region. ​

Dhok Tahlian Dam is built on the Bunha River, which irrigates crops and fields. On the banks of this beautiful lake, there is also a resort of Tourism Development Corporation, Punjab, where tourists come to spend their holidays. There is also a boating facility here.
