Hopar Valley

Hopar Valley is located in Nagar District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. Hopper Valley is truly the crown jewel of Nagar, known for its spectacular views of glaciers and towering peaks. From here, travelers can embark on treks to Rush Lake, Pakistan’s highest alpine lake.

The valley itself hosts Hopper Glacier, Barpu Glacier, Baltoro Glacier, and the mighty Golden Peak (Spantik). Beyond Hopper, human habitation thins out, giving way to a surreal expanse of snow and restless winds that carve waves into the icy terrain — a mesmerizing scene for adventure seekers.
