Jarid Guzara Forest

The Jarid Guzara Forest is located in the Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. To its north lies Kamal Ban National Park, to the east lies the Kunhar River, and to the west lies the Sona Gozara Forest.

Like other Guzara forests in KP, it is a protected wasteland designated for communal use (e.g., grazing, firewood) but regulated under KP’s forest laws to prevent deforestation. It is managed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife and Biodiversity Act, 2015, with oversight from the provincial Forest Department
