Karambar Lake
Karambar Lake is located in Broghil Valley in Upper Chitral District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Located between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan’s Ghizer District at an altitude of 14121 feet. It is the second-highest lake in Pakistan and the 31st-highest lake in the world. The depth of the lake is about 55 meters, the length is about 4 and the width is about 2 kilometers.
This beautiful lake is located in the valley of Brughal and is located at a distance of more than 250 kilometers from the city of Chitral.
This mesmerizing turquoise lake is surrounded by snow-clad peaks whose reflections shimmer on its calm waters. The lake’s remote setting requires a challenging trek through rolling meadows and alongside crystal-clear streams, rewarding travelers with breathtaking alpine vistas and a peaceful solitude rarely found elsewhere.
