Nuri and Jam Tamachi Mazar

Nuri and Jam Tamachi Mazar are located in Thatta District, Sindh, Pakistan. The shrine is believed to be the final resting place of Noori Jam Tamachi a Sindhi folk hero. Noori Jam Tamachi is revered in Sindh as a symbol of true love and devotion.

According to local legends, Noori Jam Tamachi was a young woman who fell in love with a prince named Jam Tamachi, and who eventually gave up her life for the sake of their love.
