Rush Lake
Rush Lake is located in Wadi Nagar, Nagar District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is the highest lake in Pakistan as well as in Asia. and the 25th-highest lake in the world. It is the highest lake in Pakistan at an altitude of 4,700 meters i.e. 15,510 feet above sea level.
On the way to this lake, tourists also get a chance to pass through Hoper Glacier, Burpu Glacier and Mayer Glacier. The challenging route also passes through several green pastures. Trekking enthusiasts come here for three to four days. After reaching the lake, views of Golden Peak, Rakapushi, Diran Peak, and a dozen other peaks can be seen.
