Sai Vasanshah Aasauttar Darbar Rohri

Sai Vasanshah Aasauttar Darbar is a temple located in Rohri, Sukkur District, Sindh, Pakistan. Born in 1848 as Vehdomal, Sai Vasan Shah was deeply influenced by his guru, Sai Paru Shah, a follower of the Avdhoot Panth. He became known for reciting the Bani of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and the Kalams of Sufi saints, reflecting a deep respect for multiple spiritual traditions.

It continues to be a place of worship and reflection. It houses the samadhi (tomb) of Sai Vasan Shah, along with those of his disciples and successors. The darbar features a canopy sheltering the Guru Granth Sahib, surrounded by images of revered figures like Guru Nanak, Jhulelal, and Bhagat Kanwar Ram. Devotees often chant invocations such as “Rakh Rohri Wari Te, Sain Paru Shah Je Pyare Te” (“Trust in the saint of Rohri, beloved of Sai Paru Shah”) during their visits.
