Upper Kachura Lake

Upper Kachura Lake is located in Skardu District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. The lake’s depth is about 70 meters. The daytime temperature in summer ranges from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, while in winter the temperature falls well below the freezing point. Due to this, the water of the lake freezes completely.
