Gasherbrum I
Gasherbrum I is a mountain peak in Shigar District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is also known as K5 or Hidden Peak. Gasherbrum I is the third-highest peak in Pakistan and the eleventh-highest peak in the world. It is located in the north of Pakistan in the Karakoram range and has an altitude of 8080 meters. It was first climbed on 5 July 1958 by two Americans, Pete Schoening and Andy Kaufman.
