Gasherbrum I
Gasherbrum I is a mountain peak in Shigar District, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is also known as K5 or Hidden Peak. Gasherbrum I is the third highest peak in Pakistan and the eleventh highest peak in the world. It is located in the north of Pakistan in the Karakoram range and has an altitude of 8080 meters. It was first climbed on 5 July 1958 by two Americans, Pete Schoening, and Andy Kaufman.
