Saiful Muluk National Park
Saiful Muluk National Park is located in Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The park covers an area of 4,867 hectares and was formally recognized on 28 April 2003. It is located in the Kaghan Valley. The park is known for its stunning natural beauty, with breathtaking views of the Himalayas, pristine lakes, and diverse wildlife.
Saiful Muluk National Park receives a high number of visitors annually, especially during the summer season. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, from hiking and camping to birdwatching and photography.
The park is home to several trekking routes, ranging from easy to challenging, that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayas. The most popular trek is the one to the Saiful Muluk Lake, which is known for its crystal-clear water and is surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
The park’s diverse wildlife includes species such as the Himalayan ibex, snow leopard, brown bear, and musk deer, among others.
